RSAWEB Network Notice Update

Octotel engineers have completed the fibre repair work. Customers who are still experiencing connectivity issues are advised to reboot their ONT and router, then retest the connection.

RSAWEB Network Update:

Due to high-risk conditions in the area the engineering team has made the decision to postpone fibre repair work to ensure the safety of all personnel.

Repairs are now scheduled to resume tomorrow morning at 08:30 AM.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as safety is of the teams is a priority.

Octotel Engineers have located the point of the break and have commenced with the fibre repairs to restore connectivity to the affected Octotel customers. ETR for complete restoration +-4 Hours
