Octotel engineers have completed the fibre repair works. Customers who are still offline are encouraged to reboot their ONT and routers and then retest the connection.

Octotel engineers have commenced with the fibre repairs to restore connectivity to those affected Octotel customers in Gugulethu. ETR for complete restoration: +-5 Hours

Due to high-risk conditions in the area the engineering team has made the decision to postpone fibre repair work to ensure the safety of all personnel.

Repairs are now scheduled to resume tomorrow morning at 08:30 AM.
