    Octotel has observed services for Eden District and Grabouw Aggregation node have restored to regular function and are testing stable.

    Dear RSAWEB Customer,

    Octotel Engineers have been working throughout the night to restore full connectivity.

    Octotel Technicians are still on-site attending to a secondary fiber break on the N2 near Cape Town.

    We sincerely acknowledge the disruption this has caused our customers in the Eden District and appreciate your continued patience as we work to restore capacity.

    Octotel Teams continue to work diligently on service restoration in the Grabouw area.

    No ETR is available at the moment.

    Services in the Plettenberg Bay, Knysna, George, Klein Brak River, and Sedgefield areas have been temporary restored with traffic rerouted via an alternate path to restore connectivity. Customers may still experience slower speeds until repairs are fully completed.

    Technicians are continuing repair work on the Grabouw Outage.
