Octotel engineers have completed the fibre repair work

Customers who remain offline should kindly restart their ONT and router, and check if the connection is restored.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience throughout the repair process.

Octotel engineers are actively working on fibre resplicing to restore service to affected customers.

We’re pleased to report that connectivity has been restored for some customers, and work is ongoing to complete the process.
