    Services Impact : Dear RSAWEB Customer, Following intermittent internet access, customers have been experiencing on the MFN Johannesburg network. MFN has identified the problem within their network, which contributes to a sporadic experience. They have subsequently scheduled a change for 00:00:-02:00 to resolve the issue permanently. Our engineers will be online to test and provide feedback to MFN once the change has been implemented. We understand the frustration this has caused, but we believe we are close to restoring your internet access. Regards RSAWEB NOC.
