    As part of our ongoing cloud modernisation programme, RSAWEB engineers will be conducting scheduled maintenance to migrate our Voice and Fixed LTE management platforms. This migration forms part of our commitment to improving platform resilience, performance, scalability, and long-term service reliability.

     

    To minimise customer impact, the maintenance window has been scheduled during off-peak hours while allowing sufficient time for testing and validation of the migrated services.

    Our engineering teams will closely monitor the migration throughout the maintenance window and will work to restore full functionality as quickly as possible.
